Again, apologies for being so extremely absent for the past few days/weeks. I have been busy, but to be totally honest, I'm at a loss as to what to write about these days. It seems as though my life, while obviously interesting and engaging to me, consists of much of the same; friends, family, gigs, music, etc. A gig is just a gig to you when you read about it on a screen, and somehow I think the beauty of the actual event is a little bit lost in translation. So I'm going to try to post here only when I have something truly interesting to say, something that you will enjoy reading and something that I will enjoy writing. Well in saying that, Nebraskatak DID play a pretty hilarious gig at Rats on the weekend. We were late on because a horde of male strippers were running overtime. It was fun though. I saw Les Miserables yesterday with Lewis and it was good I think. It looked beautiful, the singing was a little questionable in some parts, but the whole thing was gut-wrenching and gross and tragic - as it should be.
